Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your subscription. This page explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

Subscription model

TradeNova subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months upon cancellation.

7-day refund window for new subscribers

If you are a new paid subscriber and find that the Service is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription charge. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Refund denials

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal charges after the 7-day window from initial subscription.
  • Charges incurred while you continued using paid features.
  • Losses you incurred from acting on signals or other Service content. (See the DisclaimerTradeNovais not responsible for trading P&L.)
  • Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@tradenovahub.aifrom the address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your full name, the email associated with the subscription, and a brief reason. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concern. Disputed charges that we believe were valid may result in account suspension pending resolution.
