Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradeNova (the “Service”), operated by TradeNova (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for users in the United States; users elsewhere are responsible for ensuring local compliance.

3. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at security@tradenovahub.ai of any unauthorized use.
  • One person, one account. We may suspend duplicate or shared accounts.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorise us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit Service content.
  • Share account credentials or signals with non-subscribers.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users' access.

6. No Investment Advice

The Service is informational and educational only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; we are not your fiduciary, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. See the full Disclaimer for the complete list of risks.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content — including signals, analysis, code, copy, and design — is the property of TradeNova or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. We may remove any content for any reason at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRADENOVA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeNova from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 6–14) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TBD, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in TBD, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on the Service at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
